RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We follow UK's size guide to help you select the perfect size for you. 

However, in case you face any problem with the order you received and want to return/exchange, you may ship it back to:

Guidelines for return/exchange:
- Product can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
– All items to be returned/exchanged must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all the original tags and packaging intact.
– To place an exchange request, write an email at contact@thesailingloom.com. All queries would be responded to in 24-48 hours.
– To and fro shipping charges in case of return/exchange would be borne by us once per return/exchange order. If return/exchange is requested once again after receiving the exchanged product, subsequent to and fro shipping charges would be borne by customer in that case.

* We don't offer refunds and cancellations
* In case of returns, a credit note will be issued for the order value which will be valid for 1 year from date of issuance
* Shipping charges are non-refundable
* Customised outfits are not eligible for return, size exchange can be availed for customised outfits.
